Lima Coffee, crafted under the expertise of Rony Lavan, the president of Lima Coffees, showcases the best of small-scale Peruvian coffee production. Sourced from the Cajamarca region, known for its fertile Andean soil, this coffee is a blend of locally favored varieties: Catimor, Caturra, Typica, and Bourbon.
Smallholder producers in this semi-dry, tropical highland cultivate their crops on 2-3 hectares, often using organic methods. This contributes to the coffee's distinctive flavor profile. Lima Coffee offers a smooth taste with notes of praline, mild cooked pome, and cocoa. It features a mellow acidity and a candy-like sweetness, making it a unique choice for those seeking a nuanced and enjoyable coffee experience.
