Brew It Your Way: The Aeropress Experience
If you’ve been around specialty coffee for a while, you’ve probably heard of the AeroPress. Designed in pursuit of the “perfect two-minute brew,” it combines two brewing styles: immersion (think French press) and percolation (like a V60 or Chemex).
But the AeroPress can do much more.
Cup? Easy. Cold brew? Absolutely. Espresso-ish? No problem.
