We use USPS and UPS to ship freshly roasted coffee every Tuesday and Friday. To ensure your order is shipped out on these days, please place your order by 12pm EST on Monday for Tuesday shipping and by 12pm EST on Thursday for Friday shipping.

Should a major U.S. holiday fall on a business day, your coffee will be shipped out on the next available shipping day.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has left our roasting facility, it is unfortunately out of our control. We will, however, do our best to assist with any troubleshooting related to your order.

Delays in package transit times can be due to holidays, severe weather, carrier staff shortages, and high package volumes. As a small business, we are unable to absorb the costs of packages lost in transit. We cannot refund orders that have been marked as delivered with a tracking number, even if a customer claims they haven’t received the package.

Filing a Claim

Should you need to file a claim, you may do so directly with USPS here or with UPS here.

When checking out, please ensure your shipping address is correct! If you realize the address is incorrect and it is less than 24 hours after you have placed your order, please let us know the correct address right away by emailing: contact@hyper-goat.com

After 24 hours, we cannot make changes to orders since they will have already shipped. We cannot reship an order placed that was sent to the wrong address.
