Sip & Sense: A Guided Cupping at Hypergoat

Join us for a one-hour cupping experience in collaboration with Paisa Coffee. During this session, you’ll explore the fundamentals of coffee cupping—from sniffing the aroma to savoring each sip. Taste a curated selection of our finest roasts alongside Paisa Coffee’s offerings, and learn how different origins, roast levels, and brewing methods influence flavor. Proceeds from this event will support the Women in Coffee Entrepreneurs Microfinance Fund campaign, raising funds to empower women throughout the coffee supply chain (learn more at www.growtomarket.org/donate).

Each participant will get to keep their cupping spoon and enjoy a cheeseboard paired with coffee marmalade donated by Red Bean Harvest.
